Our multi-vitamins have Vitamin A, Vitamin B-6, Vitamin B-12, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Folate, Biotin, Pantothenic acid (as d-calcium pantothenate), Choline, Iodine, Zinc and Inositol. Below you can read a deeper explanation on why we chose these ingredients to create our unique children’s growth formula:
Vitamin A (as acetate): Stands for Awesome bone growth stronger teeth and super fast immune response! Or as it’s commonly known as: Retinol because it produces the pigments in retina of the eyes. So it promotes great eye sight as well!
TLDR: Vitamin A is essential for our children’s immune system, vision, bone growth and cellular communication.
Vitamin B-6 (as pyridoxine HCl): refers to a group of chemically similar compounds which can be interconverted in biological systems. Or a little like if a group of big Tigers came together to help the small Tigers climb a big tree, the big Tigers would push the little Tigers up on the lowest branch for a better view. (Maybe better example here). Vitamin B-6 improves our children’s brain health and thinking process. Helps our smallest Tigers get the biggest brain power. PLP which is the metabolically active form of B-6 helps our hemoglobin which is the iron-containing oxygen-transport in our red blood cells.
TLDR: Vitamin B-6 is our BRAIN power Tiger or a Vitamin good for brain health, Iron efficiency in red blood cells and helps the gut communicate with your brain.
Vitamin B-12 (as cyanocobalamin) : is what keeps our nerves and cells healthy and happy. B-12 helps create red blood cells that transport oxygen in our bodies along with strengthening our bone marrow. It plays a big part in the metabolism of every cell of the human body! Which is why it is one of the larger and most complex Vitamins! B- 12 Helps us feel less tired and weak and maybe even help some kids wake up more energised in the morning! (Don’t take it in the evening though as you might not be able to fall asleep!)
TLDR: Vitamin B-12 creates red blood cells that transport oxygen in the body so we feel more energised and super focused like a Tiger hunting a prey!
Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid): The Cold killer and healer of wounds! Vitamin C is one of the most important Vitamins in strengthening our immune system and keeping infections at bay, it is also the only Vitamin with evidence that it can shorten the length of colds. It’s strengthens your children’s blood vessels minimizing bruises from falls and scrapes.
TLDR: Vitamin C helps repair blood cells, bones and tissues all while keeping infections at bay!
Vitamin D(as cholecalciferol): is our prevention Vitamin, but it helps prevent numerous diseases like heart disease, diabetes, osteoporosis and many more. But most of all it’s what keeps our bones strong. This Vitamin is especially good for overweight individuals and children who don’t get enough sun.
TLDR: Vitamin D keeps our bones strong and prevents numerous diseases in the future!
Vitamin E (as dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate): is an important vitamin that also acts as a powerful antioxidant, which helps to protect cells against damage caused by free radicals. It is thought that these free radicals may cause cancer, heart disease, and cataracts. Vitamin E is a perfect resource for antioxidant for picky eaters!
TLDR: Vitamin E is our power antioxidant which helps protect our kids from damage caused by free radicals!
Folate (Folic Acid): is one of our B Vitamins. It helps make our DNA cells and red blood cells (And a kid’s body makes lots of cells. For example, the body replaces all the cells in the small intestine about every five days. That shakes out to roughly 17 billion cells six times a month!)
TLDR: Important B Vitamin – Your kids make 17 billion cells six times a month and they need Folic Acid to build them. Like a house needs a foundation.
Biotin: Also called Vitamin H or Vitamin B-7. Your child’s body needs biotin to break down the food that they eat and turn it into energy. All the cells in your child’s body need biotin so that your child can grow and develop properly. It helps maintaining a steady blood sugar level along with helping your child’s hair and nails grow.
TLDR: Biotin helps break down food and turn it into energy!
Pantothenic Acid (as d-calcium pantothenate): Is a B Vitamin and helps turn food into energy as it synthesizes and metabolizes proteins, carbohydrates and fats. That energy is essential for a healthy nervous system, better eyesight and skin. It plays a big part in transporting carbon atoms within each cell your child is building!
TLDR: Also known as Vitamin B-5, builds up the nervous system, strengthens eyesight and skin!
Choline (as choline bitartrate): Helps us remember everything! Choline is part of acetylcholine, a key chemical involved in memory function in the brain and infant brain development, specifically in memory and learning functions. Along with boosting metabolism and strengthening your heart. Do you remember how this Vitamin is spelled?(don’t look!) if you don’t remember you might need this yourself.
TLDR: Helps increase memory, boost metabolism and prevent heart disease.
Iodine (as potassium iodide): An ionic chemical compound or KIO-3 helps relieve congestion in children with breathing problems such as asthma, emphysema, or bronchitis. You can find it in a lot of Baby Formula Milk as it helps build the central nervous system (CNS).

Zinc is also needed for your senses of taste and smell.
